Jadah Homes (1 Year) Warranty
At Jadah Homes we realize the importance of providing a outstanding warranty. We provide our own exceptional 1 year warranty and provide the initial delivery service. One year after your home has been delivered we also come to your home to do a ‘walk through’ addressing any concerns or questions that you might have. Jadah Homes Outstanding Warranty Starts before your home even arrives at your site. There are five steps to giving you a home that meet your standards.
The Inspection of Acceptance
Before your home leaves our site you will do a ‘walk through’ with your sales representative. Any defects, areas of concern, or questions will be noted. We will then contact our trades partners and suppliers immediately and the deficiencies will be corrected. Your home will not leave out lot until you are satisfied with all areas of your home.
Delivery Inspection
In the week after your home is delivered, a representative from Jadah Homes will come to adjust doors and cabinetry, and do an assessment on how the home moved. All drywall cracks and nail pops will be patched, sanded and spot painted. Any outstanding deficiencies from the Inspection of Acceptance will then be corrected. We will also do a complete ‘walk through’ of the home making sure everything is in working order.
12 month Follow-up
Our Service Department will schedule an appointment to correct any defects in materials and workmanship that have occurred in the first year on possession.
12-24 Month Drywall Repair
You may choose to have any outstanding drywall cracks or nail pops corrected at 12 months after possession or you can extend this service to 24 months if this is deemed as more convient for you.
